RESOURCES FOR TRAINEE THERAPISTS & PWPs
Training to become a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist or Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner is hard work and can be very stressful, as suggested in the article Cognitive Therapy Training Stress Disorder
Many training courses use the Cognitive Therapy Scale - Revised (CTS-R) in order to rate recordings of a trainee's therapy sessions
These documents might be useful in helping you go someway* towards meeting the minimum CTS-R criteria when trying to get a decent enough session recording for submission
Consider using the Problems pages to help guide your clients between your sessions, and the self help mp3 downloads to reinforce therapy or self help.
